Delivery

 

When your order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
Once your order is ready for dispatch, the tracking number and estimated delivery time will be emailed to you.
If there are any delays with your order, we will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible.

Orders Packaged
 

UK

Item packed in a cardboard box/tube/padded envelope, usually dispatched within:

  *  Canvas Prints(stretched) - 2 weeks;

  *  Paper Prints - 7 working days.  

 

Worldwide

Additional charges may be incurred for postage and packaging costs.

To keep shipping costs economical all items will not be stretched/framed.

(Postage costs depending on each individual item.)

 

For custom project
Delivery method and transit time will be provided upon further discussion with you. We consider this service to be a more unique customized product, which may not be suitable for the normal delivery method and transit times provided in relation to art prints, posters, decorative canvas prints, and framed items.

International Pricing

The currency displayed in your order is the UK sterling price for each item ordered and then converted to your currency of choice.

 

Duties & VAT (Value Added Tax)

VAT is charged on goods sold within the European Union. For goods imported to the EU, duties might also apply. (Prices listed on the website are inclusive of Duties/VAT.)
Orders outside the EU may be subject to local taxes, import duties or customs charges.
We are unable to accept responsibility for charges levied by other countries as customs policies vary widely between countries.
We suggest you contact your local customs office for further information.
Please also be aware that cross-border shipments may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

 

Returns

Under the Consumer Contracts (information cancellation and additional charges) Regulation 2013 you have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Please be aware that you are obligated to cover the cost of returned items.
All returned items should be in the original packaging, including your order number, the shipping ID or item number and a brief description of the return reason.
Please inform us of your return of an item by email.

 

Exchanges

You can return your item for a replacement of another item within 14 days. There will be no cash refund. This offer excludes custom projects.
When you return your order please enclose the following:

·         Your order number;

·         Which items you would like to exchange;

·         The new item you would like in exchange.

For Custom Project

We do not issue refunds for custom items since these are all custom-made to order and have been agreed.
 

Note: All custom orders will start 14 days after the date of purchase!
